RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your TH2O gear, it’s ok. We offer a 30-day, 100% money back, guarantee on all items ordered from TH2Ogear.com. However, we do have some conditions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Your 30-day return period begins the day you receive the product.
  • Items being returned must not have been damaged, worn, or used in any way.
  • If your item is damaged when you receive it, please see our DAMAGED ITEMS section.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase.
  • We cannot be  liable for return items lost in shipping. You are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
  • We will refund original shipping costs and return shipping costs but we do not pay for or refund expedited shipping costs.
  • Refund credits can take up to 30 days to show up on your credit card statement.
  • If you would like to exchange your item simply contact us at support@th2ogear.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your TH2O items are damaged in any way when you receive them, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer support (support@th2ogear.com) within 3 days or receiving your item for instructions on returning it. You may swap your damaged gear for a new item of equal value or receive a refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us at support@th2ogear.com.
